It all started with the first controls, carried out beside the machine
with traditional instruments, then technology evolved and machines
changed. The last step is the new three-dimensional CNC measurement
machines. The parts are processed using a ISO 9001-2000 certified
production system.
• Punctuality in deliveries:
Thanks to last
generation FMS we are able to keep up to 120 on-line workbenches in
operation simultaneously, which makes it possible to clear orders with
very short lead times and offer the customer the opportunity to achieve
high production batch subdivision.
• Offer flexibility in working plans:
Once the first
start-up has been carried out, the traditional machine tool placement
operations are no longer needed since machining operations remain
on-line waiting for a production order. This grants us maximum
flexibility to change our working plans to meet the customer's needs.
